This Conference Presentation is a professional development program that was created to be shared in about 45 minutes, during a professional organization’s conference (like VAASL regionals). The presentation introduces digitally-hesitant teachers to several new instructional tools while reviewing the pros and cons of each. Further, it provides connections to Virginia Standards of Learning (SOLs), particularly the digital integration standards. Additionally, for each tool, multiple instructional connections are given that are relevant to lower elementary grade levels (K-2).
